If you’re using a U of M email address (and if you’re reading this, it’s likely that you are), the University would like you to use a standardized email signature. This policy is based on professional best practices and does not allow the addition of graphics or images. The U is asking all campuses, colleges, and units to comply with the policy, which is simple and has options to fit every employee.
